END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Ömer Teknoloji (ÖTEK) ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your use of our web applications, mobile applications, website development solutions, and browser extensions (collectively, the "Software" or "Products"). By installing, accessing, or using our Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Software. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE ÖTEK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This license is provided solely for personal or business use and does not grant ownership rights to the Software. 2. RESTRICTIONS You agree not to: Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software. Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software to third parties. Circumvent or disable any security features of the Software. Use the Software in a manner that may harm ÖTEK’s reputation or business interests. 3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Software and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and branding, are the exclusive property of ÖTEK. You may not claim any ownership rights over the Software or its components. 4. NO DATA COLLECTION ÖTEK does not collect any personal data from users through its web applications, mobile applications, websites, or browser extensions. However, if you voluntarily submit information through a contact form, it will be used only to respond to your inquiry and will not be shared with third parties. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. ÖTEK does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You assume all risks associated with using the Software. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, ÖTEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if ÖTEK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS ÖTEK reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Software after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated terms. 8. TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated by you or ÖTEK. ÖTEK may terminate your license if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 10.
